He eventually released an EP, and in the years that have followed, he has released more music and has received numerous life-changing opportunities to work alongside many talented songwriters, producers, and artists, all of whom have encouraged him along his journey.

He had the unique opportunity to help launch the fastest growing church in the history of North America, and be a part of crafting the culture, building the systems and processes, and creating an effective worship environment from the ground up.

Known for their smart pop sensibilities and authentically honest lyrics, Love & The Outcome's music has been artfully articulating the joys and struggles of Christian life for more than a decade. Comprised of Canadian-born husband-and-wife duo Jodi King and Chris Rademaker, Love & The Outcome has received seven GMA Canada Covenant Awards, two Juno Award nominations, and Dove, ASCAP, and K-LOVE Fan Award nominations.

Hale
PASTOR & MUSICIAN.
Rich Hale has been serving the church since he was a kid, following in his parents’ footsteps. By the age of 10, he was leading worship every week in his small church in Dryden, ON and he’s never looked back. Rich brings a unique combination of talent, experience, and perspective that’s been cultivated by years working with and being mentored by pastors, worshippers, and recording artists of all levels. Rich is passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God by teaching and training leaders so they can have the tools to serve with excellence that stems from a heart of worship.
Rich’s first ministry is to God, and a close second is his family. He is married to Kristjana and they have four amazing kids – Aria, Eagan, Jesper and Teilo. They also have a dog who gets on Rich’s nerves and in his words, they’re “working on their relationship”. Rich and Kristjana have been Lead Pastors of Bethel Community Church in Winnipeg since 2019.
Kristjana
Hale
PASTOR & SINGER
Kristjana is a born and raised Winnipegger and has participated in the Winnipeg music scene for 25 years. She has sung with artists such as Amanda Cook, Love and the Outcome, Jon Buller, Fresh IE, and even Josh Groban. It was at a worship conference that she experienced both a vocal breakthrough, learning to build a bridge through her breaks, extending her vocal range, and received a call from the Lord in ministry. Kristjana started leading Bethel Community Church with her husband Richard in 2019. She is also a mom of 4, worship leader, co-lead pastor and a graduate student. In her past life, she has been a youth pastor, kindergarten and junior high teacher, Sunday School teacher, summer camp director, and a founding member of ONE Worship Night. For fun, she reads A LOT. She loves Ethiopian, Vietnamese and Thai food, having coffee with friends, going for walks on the frozen river, foraging (for wildflowers, berries and mushrooms) canoeing and swimming. She is committed to keep growing in every area of life and to keep Jesus the main thing.
